The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
