It good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The property has a large yard with secure fencing. Its a short drive to the snow and other regional attractions in the mountains such as fishing, caves and mountain bike trails.

Big Yard Escapes has two Tiny Houses set on vast, peaceful bushland near Jindabyne. Mighty gum trees rest on hills rolling down to the rumbling Mowamba River where deer and kangaroos roam. The off-grid Tiny Houses have plush furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, gas heating and refrigerated airconditioning. Big Yard Escapes also has a web site with videos.
