Le gîte familial indépendant de 70 m² (idéal pour une famille / couple avec enfants) est entièrement équipé, dispose de 2 chambres doubles, d’une salle de bain et d’une cuisine ouverte sur une grande pièce de vie lumineuse. Vous profitez librement du parc, de l’étang et de l’espace piscine situé à l’orée du bois (piscine de Juin à Septembre).

The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. The Gîte de la Vivetrie is an annex of our main house of 70 m2. Located in the heart of the South Charente countryside, 8 km from Barbezieux Saint Hilaire and close to the vineyards. Enjoy the tranquility of the premises in a 3000 m² property that is fully fenced and has no neighbors. From May to September enjoy our sun-exposed pool In addition, don't hesitate to book a relaxing moment directly at the cottage or by the pool with our masseuse.

Independent studio by the river in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers-sur-Boëme, 15 minutes from the center of Angoulême. The accommodation and access are completely autonomous, private terrace and common garden. The studio has a large 160 cm bed, a kitchen and dining area (stovetop, Airfryer, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave and toaster) and a large smart TV Linens and towels are provided.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.

Renovated house of 48 m2, completely independent. Pleasant to live in, everything is there to make you feel at home. don't worry... bed linen and towels are all provided. The mezzanine is a mansard.
