Elegant apartment in majestic area

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

On one floor is the living room with sofa bed, smart TV, fully equipped integrated kitchen and bathroom with huge wall to wall shower and radiator to dry towels. On the other floor is the spacious bedroom with huge closets and reading area with comfortable sofa and lamp, as well as washing area with indoor clothesline and ironing equipment.
