The ski resort is a stone's throw from the residence, there is also an adventure park, a battlefield, some restaurants, a takeaway pizzeria, a café and a convenience store.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Welcome to mountain lovers! 30 m2 studio with small private terrace. Ideal accommodation for two people. Please note, the bed (160) is located on a mezzanine reached by a steep miller ladder. As a result, the property isn't a good fit for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Linens and towels provided, as well as crocs. As the parking space is small, it won't be possible to come with more than one car. I do not allow pets.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
