Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

This accommodation was very well equipped, clean and close to public transport, which is very convenient for every day! In addition, Caroline was very accommodating when I had to make a change to my reservation. We had a very good weekend in Lyon.

Listing as described. The contact with Alix and Charlene was most pleasant. (welcoming and responsive +++) Very easy self check-in and very well explained The parking (allocated and secure space) is a real plus. The residence is very well maintained and very pleasant. The toilets are a little narrow (knees touch the door). But overall, nice apartment with everything you need to have a great stay. The balcony is a plus, sheltered from noise. The host was fantastic. It’s a beautiful place in a beautiful town. The only things that could have been better were out of their control. My only warning is for longer stays. receiving packages was complicated, there’s no mailbox and the door opens into the street so there’s no way for them to be left for you. The package delivery people are impatient and walk away immediately after knocking so even if you’re in the room, they’re gone by the time you reach the door. I had to travel to retrieve multiple packages from a nearby town, and one package was never delivered at all because of this. But this is really only an issue for longer stays.

Loved this airbnb. Lyon is a great city and the location of the apartment made it easy to explore various areas. Everything you need is very close by. Alain was super kind and helpful and a gracious host. The kitchen is very well equipped and would be a great kitchen to cook in if you have time. Highly recommended!

This is a special place in a great location in Lyon. It is very quiet and peaceful as well as very walkable to the old town and surrounding areas. Like the other reviews- yes it is dark inside the entry hallway to the building but there is a light switch right at the entrance. It was totally fine for us. It rained most of the time we were in Lyon so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio - but it was very beautiful. We were also grateful to use the washing machine. The only negative for us were the pillows and the bath towels. I am a small person and I could barely fit the bath towel around me. The pillows were a bit flat. These are small things and did not deter us from loving the flat and the location. Also- do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant almost directly across the river from the apartment. It’s a 3 min walk and the best food we had in Lyon over the four day stay. I cannot remember the name but the outside is green with twinkle lights- easy to spot. You won’t regret it!

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

The apartment was very nice. Quiet ‘alley’ - very safe. Very comfortable and presentation perfect. As noted from previous posts, the toilet is in an unusual place on the curve of the spiral staircase. We are Senior guests and we managed without a problem. Very close to theTrain Station. Up a small side street in town. Restaurants, Bars, Boulangerie, Patisserie, Supermarket, fashion shopping, beautiful buildings, History, etc. easy walking, Very friendly people. Emmanuel is very easy to communicate with. Recommended.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Great location for getting into central Lyon, 8 minute walk from the station and just a ten minute train to vieux Lyon. The space is great with a modern feel. The garden is beautiful and spacious.

Corresponds in all respects to my expectations for a stay in the professional context for a period of two days. Clean and very well located accommodation in a nice property. Quiet and easy access area. Parking in the courtyard is a plus. Good communication with Valerie. Welcoming host and concerned about the well-being of her guests. I recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Aurélie and Sébastien’s apartment! The unit is very clean and comes with everything you could possibly need. The location is close to the metro and right next door to a grocery store. You can easily access Lyon by car, bus or metro. The private parking was ideal, fitting our larger SUV in the garage without difficulty. Both Aurélie and Sébastien were very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided fans, to help with the heat in the middle of summer, extra pillows and umbrella’s for a day where there was a thunderstorm expected. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and for going above and beyond! We highly recommend them.
