Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Champaign County

Brad's place is an extremely good find and a great value as well. The place was clean, well-stocked (appreciated the coffee) and exactly as pictured. Honestly there's more room than I could use as a solo traveler. Seems great for families as well.

Beautiful place and very large. The pictures actually undersell it, the inside is bright and beautiful and the kitchen is full of amenities. The basement has a very nice movie theater and an arcade machine so tons of stuff for the kids to do. 10 minutes from UoI campus and very nice and private neighborhood. Huge backyard as well.

We loved staying here! House was so cute and perfect for me, my fiancé, and our 2 dogs to stay for a night. Had a small issue at check in with the main door handle being locked, but owners were super responsive and came quickly to let us in. The yard was a tad overgrown so we couldn’t see the animal poop that our dogs ended up rolling in, but there was plenty of soap in the house to take care of it. Keep in mind the yard is not fully fenced if you’re bringing dogs. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and perfect for walking, and it was fun to look at all the cool and unique houses nearby. Would recommend and stay again!

My wife and I enjoyed Ian’s place and would come back for sure . We brought our bikes and location was great to get to downtown in 5 minutes, Campus another 10, and Urbana. The house was spotless with a unique layout. The lawn could’ve used some love, my short dog couldn’t use the backyard it was quite high for her. Didn’t matter as the neighborhood sidewalks were great to walk her. Everything was great, and happy we stayed at Ian’s.

The house is in a pleasant neighborhood and was very easy to find. The house is spacious and comfortable. Matt was extremely responsive when we had questions. We would gladly stay there again on a future visit to the area.

Loved the stay at Illinois Bungalow -The property was located in a safe neighborhood close to campus and was tastefully decorated to capture the Illini spirit. The house was very clean and things were neatly organized. The kitchen was well stocked with required pots & pans and dishes. The artwork and other items in the house made us feel cozy. Rachel is a very caring and thoughtful host and was very prompt in her communications. She provided clear instructions to check-in and check-out. Will definitely consider staying here again if we happen to be in the area.

Wonderful split level house. Perfect for our needs. Enjoyed morning walks in the park across the street as well. Perfect location! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved this charming bungalow, which was perfect for celebrating my son’s college graduation. We were able to walk to commencement and avoid the traffic! The stylish kitchen was better than described and well appointed. We loved the long dining room table and drinking coffee in the porch. We loved the coziness, hardwood floors, and charm. Highly recommend this special spot for a special weekend with family or friends.

Great place to stay for a weekend in Champaign. Great access to the campus and a quick walk to the football stadium. Shayla was very responsive and the place was as described. Will stay at anytime I’m in town.

My husband and I stayed here for our son's UIUC graduation for 2 nights. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The unit itself is decorated to perfection with much thought into making it an inviting, cheery, comfortable space. VERY comfortable bed and soft linens. The bathroom was spotless. Very very large closet/workspace area for our suitcases. It is a self contained unit off the back of a larger house and the backyard zen garden is amazing, as is the landscaping. It is walkable to downtown Champaign (we did it twice) so very convenient. And, the hosts are very considerate, leaving an area filled with yummy snacks and drinks for guests, as well as a full size coffee pot and coffee. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for a couple, it was just perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. All the extra touches—like snacks and drinks—were such a thoughtful and welcoming surprise. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back!

William and his wife made me feel as if I was staying with family. Host was incredibly attentive and always responsive. The room was pristine with everything that we needed. Would definitely stay with them again! I wish all AirBnB hosts were this attentive and friendly.
