Spacious accommodation of 66 m2 in the countryside in a fully renovated private property. 5 minutes from the Ferté Bernard and the motorway exit 5. Very spacious accommodation in a peaceful location on the edge of the Perche in the Perche Émeraudes in the heart of the Huisne Valley. Sleeps 4 with a large bedroom with dressing room and a double bed of 160 (2x80) or possible to separate the beds. A sofa bed for two in the living room. Outdoor terrace area and ample car park .

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
