Rest and recharge on the pillowy gray couch at this flowing getaway with sumptuous fabrics, homey hardwood floors, and bikes in the garage for exploring. The covered patio sets a relaxed scene for nightcaps in the glow of string lights. The entire home including a 2 stall garage is accessible to our guests. My sister is an Airbnb Superhost and will be managing the property for me. She will be available as needed, however, believes in honoring our guest's space and privacy. The Park House is located in a master planned community in Chandler near downtown Gilbert. The complex features several parks, walking and jogging paths, pickleball and basketball courts, playgrounds, 3 communal pools, and shared hot tubs. The Park House has quick access to a major freeway which allows an easy commute to most of the Phoenix metro. Charming downtown Gilbert, Downtown Chandler, and Sun Lakes are within a 10 minutes. Chandler-Gilbert Community College is within walking distance as is LA Fitness. The home features a "Nest" doorbell which allows remote access to the home if necessary. The guest may ring the doorbell and the host will answer any questions or open the front door.

Welcome to my home! My home is in a quiet community in N. Chandler, AZ. I do not allow pets. The home feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (1 BR is an office), 2 bathrms & vaulted ceilings. I have a beautiful salt wtr aquarium. The back yard has a large patio, fire pit, fountain, elec fireplace, flowers and very private. There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.

Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids

It was so relaxing. We drank coffee and watched wildlife over the lake and golf course each morning. The smell of fresh cut grass from the beautifully groomed golf course fills the morning air. We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed some fishing and puttering. A lovely place.

Overall we had a great time at this home!! The home was easy to get into, clean, was stocked with items and the backyard was wonderful. There were a few items I just wish I had thought through fully - which was the number of bathrooms versus how many people can sleep there. To only have one bathroom for the entire house and then the only other one being in the master was for us not enough, but that’s a personal preference not anything wrong with the home at all. Other small issues is that it was HIGHLY scented, again only an issue if that’s bothersome to a small minority but we took all the wall fresheners out and changed the detergent out and it worked out. The backyard is truly the star of the show. The pool was PERFECT and the hot tub was wonderful!!! the heating of it is complicated bit hard to get quite right but still lovely. Pls note : there’s TONS of cameras. And one points into the living room space. It just felt weird. But overall again we had a great time! Thank you!!
