Holiday rentals with a patio in Chang Khlan Sub-district

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé au sein du condominium Astra Sky River. Le logement était impeccable, confortable, très bien équipé et parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. Le grand plus : l’incroyable piscine sur le toit avec une vue panoramique sur Chiang Mai — parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le bâtiment est moderne, sécurisé et très bien entretenu. L’emplacement est top : à quelques minutes du Night Bazaar, de la vieille ville, et avec de nombreuses options pour se restaurer et faire des courses à proximité. Tout est facilement accessible à pied ou en scooter. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive, le check-in/check-out très simple. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, que ce soit pour un séjour en solo comme le mien ou pour un couple. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Chiang Mai !

因為是在最高樓層，所以打開窗戶看到的景色是真的非常非常的舒服，游泳池也是最長最大的，讓我非常的印象深刻，這是我今年第二次來到清邁，對這裡的喜愛程度是很喜歡的，房間該有的東西都有，只是剛好入住的時候這裡的電梯壞掉了，所以等待的時間很久，只能坐貨梯，所有的客人都在貨梯等，不知道這邊維修的時間要多久！希望下次來的時候電梯很正常 哈哈

A great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Walkable to lots of restaurants, the old town, and coffee shops. The building is nice with a rooftop pool and gym. It is a very safe complex. Yuechen was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come to back to Thailand.

Great place to stay and easy to walk to most places. About a 15 minute walk to the night market and great restraunts. The roof top pool was the highlight for my kids though!

Had a great stay at the Astra!! The place was very clean, right across from 7/11, and Chiang Mai was wonderful overall. Great place to stay that is safe, clean, and comfortable. Had a great stay!

Really nice place and has all the amenities you need for cooking and cleaning. No issues with communication and any questions I had were answered quickly. I was very sad to leave and I hope to stay again next year! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! The rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were amazing extras that made this place feel like a luxury resort. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with fast and helpful responses. And the best part? The price was unbelievably affordable for everything that was included. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A perfect accommodation for vacation. There are swimming pool and full options kitchen. The place is very neat and comfortable. Location nearby CMU and Marin market which is so convinient to travel. I wouldv love to visit again!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying here for over two weeks. The condo is spacious and the facility has incredible amenities, including several huge pools (one has a slide), a fitness center, a music room, and even a Lego room. Walking to restaurants and shops at Central Festival mall was very convenient, as were pickups and deliveries. The hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We arrived during a smoky season in Chiang Mai. When I asked if an air purifier was available, the host purchased a brand-new purifier and delivered it to us. I am so grateful that we had pure air for our entire stay. All in all, I highly recommend this unit.

숙소는 크고 좋습니다~ 개미가 조금 나온다는 점과.. 수영장이용할때는 직원 호출이 필요하다는 점, 헬스장은 추가 비용이 있다는 점 참고하세요~ 그외에 침대도 푹신하고 좋습니당

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. Heel erg mooi verblijf. Het binnen komen ging soepel met de juiste instructies. Het appartement zelf was precies zoals aangegeven. Het appartementencomplex was heel erg rustig en mooi, er hangen alleen wel overal posters dat het niet geschikt is voor backpackers en hotelgangers. Je moet daar een beetje langs kijken. Er was veel te doen in de omgeving en het ligt heel centraal. Er kwamen soms luchtjes vanuit de badkamer maar daar had ik weinig last van. Wat verwacht je ook van Thailand ;) Er was een lekkage door de aardbeving in Myanmar, ik had hier zelf geen problemen mee, de eigenaar verontschuldigden zich heel vaak en gaf tijdelijke oplossingen voor het probleem, maar het viel me niet lastig. De eigenaar was hier heel behulpzaam mee. Over het algemeen een geweldig appartement!!
