Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chang Khlan Sub-district

I had a great stay in this apartment located in the Astra Sky River condominium. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable, very well equipped and perfectly in line with the photos and description. The big plus: the incredible rooftop pool with a panoramic view of Chiang Mai — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The building is modern, secure and very well maintained. The location is great: a few minutes from the Night Bazaar, the old town, and with many options for eating and shopping nearby. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by scooter. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, check-in/check-out very simple. I highly recommend this apartment, whether for a solo stay like mine or for a couple. I will be happy to come back on my next visit to Chiang Mai!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was a huge help. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Located next door to the Shangri-La Hotel, you can walk to 7-Eleven in a minute or ten minutes to BigC.If you like the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar Generation, it is basically all within 20 minutes walking distance.And the walking street of the ancient city is half an hour away, but it is very convenient to request a ride. The inside of the apartment is fully equipped, there is also a gym and a small swimming pool on the roof of the building.The interior is not new, but generally acceptable, and the hygiene situation is good. The small drawback is that the soundproofing of the walkway at the entrance door is normal, but the two-bedroom layout of the room has no effect on the bedroom.As well as the windows of the hotel across the road, the curtain needs to be closed all the time if you mind the privacy issue. All in all, it's a very good value for money.

This was my fourth trip to Chiang Mai and Guillaume’s place was probably the best place I stayed at. The location is great with views of the mountains. The furniture is sleek and well thought of. For me, what stood out the most was Guillaume’s kindness and responsiveness. He replied right away to all my queries and accommodated all my requests. Perfect host!

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

We were surprised at how noisy the street was since the neighborhood looks so small in the map, but the place itself is quirky and cute, and there's lots of good food around every corner. Our host was great too, answering questions and bringing us extra snacks 😋

The villa was very cozy and nicely furnished. It was well stocked with food like eggs, apples and milk among other things. There were also extra towels provided for us. There was enough activities on the compound to keep my kids occupied. They provided towels for the pool, games in the villa and other activities like badminton and golf which my kids enjoyed very much! Would fully recommend the villa to all who are planning to come to Chiang mai!

The accommodation is as clean and nice as it is expensive!! There's everything you need, and there's quite a lot to eat around here.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever known. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the location with local restaurants just downstairs, good massage parlors, the night market 5-10 min walk. I would 100% recommend!!

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

We had really good time here. Jorge always replied messages fast,also reminded us for filling out TDAC. The apartment is quite close to Chiang Mai old city(4mins away) There also has 7-11 in front of the building. It’s really a good choice for staying in Chiang Mai 🙌

quiet area right outside the old town. you can catch the prettiest sunrise and sunset in Chiang Mai on the roof if you are lucky !!

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.
