Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

P's randomly booked B&B while waiting for a flight, many exceeded expectations, full facilities, pool gym, downstairs is a 711 convenience store, it is too convenient to buy and buy, Tina has shared a lot of recommendations for eating, drinking, and going to stay again next time!

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Perfect for a small group of four or five to get around, the location is convenient, the environment is comfortable, the house is also very clean, Eddie and his family are very hospitable, any problems can be solved in a timely manner, which left a very good impression on our trip in Chiang Mai! Definitely close to the airport, Eddie also prepared earplugs for light sleepers, and the number of flights drops at night, so there is basically not a lot of noise, and the shower pressure is a little small, but it's not a big problem, overall it's still very satisfying!

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as warm as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

The accommodation itself was clean and flawless, and it was so nice to be close to the swimming pool, the convenience store, the massage shop, and the Korean restaurant. It's the perfect size for a single person.Namhanhaemin, Old Town, it was a good location because it was within walking distance, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!

First, the instructions for check-in steps were very clear and smooth, which was very convenient unlike some other places. The location of the condo is reachable to most of essential places within walking distance. The host was very responsive to the needs of her tenants. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Chiang Mai.

Very close to Nimman No. 1, within 10 minutes walk to the restaurant and cafe, the decoration is very new, the bathroom is clean and the water pressure is sufficient, the air conditioning and air purifier make the indoor environment very comfortable, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the cleaning staff will come to clean and change the towels every two days.The small drawback is that you need to be familiar with the operation of the bathroom water heater. After 10:00 pm, you can only enter and exit the basement, and the route is dim. During the stay, the rooftop pool was not open for some reason.
