Situated in a tranquil village in the Champagne region, this self catering space provides a quiet place to do your own thing. Nearby to a prize Golf Course and also Chaource famous for its cheese, it's a good stopping point on your journey North or South or great for just a quiet stay to explore the picturesque region and do some wine/champagne tasting, walking and cycling. This house is located in the property of the Villa des Chouettes near the vineyards, amusement park, Troyes, and the Orient Forest Lake.

L’Hospice St-Nicolas

The Hospice St-Nicolas is located in the historic heart of the city of Troyes, a short walk to the cathedral and in a unique place steeped in history. Founded by the canons of the cathedral around 1157, the Petit-St-Nicolas Hospice was the first hospital in Troyes. Since 1996, the building and its chapel have been classified as a historic monument. The Hospice St-Nicolas will seduce you with the charm and calm of its premises.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs there are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
