Guanajuato is a charming studio in the heart of Ajijic. Note that due to low ceilings the suite is not suitable for tall people and that the bed is double-sized and may feel a bit small for two adults sharing. Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is a brief walk to numerous restaurants, galleries, various kinds of shopping and more. As a guesthouse we have housekeeper with onsite presence Monday through Saturday.

Everything was great, the house is very nice and the view is beautiful, we had a great time as a family. Mary was always looking out for us. Highly recommended!! We recommend fumigation inside the house, as we encountered a scorpion. We know that there are such insects in the area, but we believe that the issue of insects inside the house can be better controlled. Thank you so much for everything! We enjoyed it!

A very familiar and comfortable place. If you want to get away and rest, it's the right place. Everything was clean. The kitchen is ideal for preparing food and spending a few days there without leaving. The pool is clean and the garden is well maintained, an incredible view of the lake. Annie’s place was immaculate in every aspect imaginable. House was extremely warm and welcoming and let’s not to boast about the cleanliness of the home. Rented a few homes in the area this one was by far the most prestigious. My family and I felt the house was suitable for our large group of 7. Annie was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back again soon!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Ajijic! The apartment was even better in person—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It’s perfectly located within walking distance of everything: shops, restaurants, the lake, and the plaza. Chanelle’s property at the Racquet Club is awesome. Perfect location for our needs. One little extra thing we needed, Chanelle was there with it before I was ready! Great communication, easy check in and out, and our dogs loved it too. Very pet friendly community.
