We stayed for two nights. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. The property's building has a secure auto-lock system, so safety is well maintained. The room was clean and tidy. We would be happy to stay here again when we have another opportunity to visit Leeds.

What a beautiful place. Simon the host was always in touch before our stay to answer any questions we had and also throughout our stay making sure everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is amazing and the setting absolutely beautiful. The accommodation provides everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. The property is private and quiet yet transport links are on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was just perfect for us.

Lovely stay. Put up with me being a bit stressed checking my mother in law in with my children whilst I ran to be a bridesmaid at a wedding. Lovely place and my children enjoyed playing with his little boys toys!!! Thankyou

A beautifully appointed, stylish downstairs flat with exceptionally tasteful decor and fittings all to a very high standard. A luxurious kitchen with everything provided including complimentary teas and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated and a good range of quality kitchen appliances and crockery. Excellent host who communicated perfectly and provided clear instructions about the facilities available. We definitely have this on our list for a return visit sometime and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Amazing apartment located in a nice area in the city centre, it was very easy to walk to most restaurants and shops and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Leeds!

Loved staying at Simones place. Walking distance from Parkrun and Leeds City Centre for 10k. Everything was true to listing and felt like home from home. Very spacious and just what we needed for weekend stay. definitely recommend.

Great spot for visting family in Bradford

Just got back from having 3 lovely nights stay at Carr Cottage. The cottage is spacious, very clean, well equipped, comfortable & warm. Good size bathroom with an excellent shower and large towels which is always a bonus. We only used the first floor bedroom but the bed was so comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to Halifax, bus right outside your door, an hour walk to Sowerby Bridge along the canal and a bus at the bottom of the road to Hebden Bridge. Also, a friendly local pub a few minutes walk down hill too. Thank you Ric & Ingrid for being great hosts, will recommend 😊

We had a fantastic stay, gorgeous bedrooms and comfy beds. Enough bathrooms/ toilets for 8 of us. Lots of seating areas and the pool table room was brilliant. Short 10 min walk to lively pubs and places to eat. Spaces to park cars and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back

Amanda’s home is beautiful and cosy place to stay in one of the best parts of Leeds - we could not have been happier with our choice! The kitchen and garden are great environments for relaxing with friends or family.

We had a great weekend at Amy's home, the view is stunning, as is the house, with a great open plan space, perfect for friends to get away. There is everything you might possibly need in the kitchen which is well laid out. The beds are very comfy, it was quite difficult to get out of them on Sunday morning to be out by 10 😀. Amy was very helpful when we had an issue with the showers. Great stay and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! A thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb if you are staying in the area. The accommodation was clean and very well equipped. The only negative I have is there is no chair in the bedrooms to pop your clothes on.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

Awesome value for money. Really lovely stay! we had been hiking for 7 days and staying in my camper van so it was a really nice comfortable break. We couldn’t figure out the washing machine but Richard and their partner (so sorry I have blanked on your name!) came right over and helped us! very attentive, and kind. Would definitely stay again.
