I leave here my excellent recommendation of both the apartment and Lionel. Well located apartment, transportation at the door, several markets, some restaurants nearby. The air conditioning on warmer days was great, at other colder times I liked to leave the large central window of the house open to enjoy some of the cool breeze. Honestly, nothing bothered us. Lionel is always helpful and clear, responds very quickly and assists in anything you need. Wonderful shower and comfortable bed. It has all the utilities for a short or long stay. Returning to Lyon, I will certainly return to Lionel's accommodations.

Very well-equipped apartment, large, located in a quiet and leafy neighborhood, the terrace is a plus. Armelle and François are very welcoming hosts, communication is pleasant.

Great place to stay! The air conditioning was super nice in the summer weather and had everything I needed! Chantal was a great host and always answered my queries quickly and nicely. Location is good, quiet area.

Listing matches photos. The apartment is clean, well decorated and contains everything you need. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. Priscillien provides clear instructions for our arrival and is concerned about the well-being of his tenants. Quick access to hospitals. I recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in Guillaume's home. We felt very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, the kitchen is well equipped thankyou Guillaume for the coffee. The bathroom is large with a great shower. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift, being on the 5th floor gives great views out to the park and trees. There are supermarkets close by, plenty of restaurants, and a great local bar recommend by Guillaume that we enjoyed. The apartment is a 30 minute walk to the centre, is well serviced by metro and trams. This is our first experience staying in someone's home rather than a commercial rent. It was a good experience and is really in the true spirit of what Airbnb started as.

Laurent is the epitome of a super host! He had wonderful guidebooks and a map for us, spent time getting us oriented and gave us terrific dinner recommendations. He had a second set of keys for our son who visited. The place is just like the photos, and because we stayed for a month he even provided a cleaning service. The parking is in back of the building and very secure. Most importantly, though, Laurent was incredibly helpful during a crisis. We cannot thank him enough! We heartily recommend Laurent and his lovely apartment.

Emmanuel’s place was perfect for the first few days of our honeymoon in France. He met us to check-in and make sure we had everything we needed. It was plenty spacious for two people and decorated very nicely. We didn’t spend too much time in the place though because there was so much to explore in Lyon. It’s a perfect base, as it sits right across from Vieux Lyon and also has wonderful alleys and streets around it. Even though it was very warm in Lyon, we were able to keep the place cool by keeping the shutters closed during the day and using the provided fan. At night, we left the windows open- which was a little noisy but the fan drowned out the noise. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this Airbnb again!

Beautiful studio, beautiful setting, location, great Marc and very responsive and welcoming at your disposal for the slightest concern. The least housing request, clean, easy to access, I highly recommend.

My wife and I arrived on Monday, June 16 and left on Friday, June 20, 2025 in the morning. The check-in on Monday went really well as well as the check-out. Agnès is a great person, I recommend her in everything. Very pleasant and in addition a very nice apartment. I think I'll come back with my wife next time.

Absolutely loved our stay — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well-equipped for light meals. The neighborhood was quiet but well-located, with easy access to public transportation and great local bakeries. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely stay here again — five stars all around!

Marie-Anne is a generous, smiling and very welcoming woman who knew how to put us at ease. The accommodation is great, functional, we didn't miss anything! The pool area was nice and we enjoyed having a barbecue on the private terrace. Being able to mark our passage in this place is a wonderful concept. I highly recommend this place!! Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram, etc.). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.
