We had an amazing time at this property. Caretakers Manoj & Pramod were always at our service whenever we needed them. The property itself is beautiful & definitely one where you’d want to come back. We spent a lot of time at the villa, which tells you how much at home we felt here. Kudos to everyone involved. Loved it!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. It was very great experience to stay in this villa Shweta was very cooperative and helpful . As i was travelling with my cat i needed pet friendly villa and i got it right here . The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! There were 9 of us, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the supervisor, Rabin, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The private pool was a highlight—surprisingly large and perfect for a group our size. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the caretakers, Nitya and Uttam. Their service and hospitality were on another level. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway. We’d definitely love to come back!

We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!

Good place to stay

Just got back today and couldn’t resist reviewing the place. The villa felt like home. Everything from the interior to the front and back yard to the terrace space was incredible. The hosts were super kind and helpful. It was our home for 5 days and we loved every second of it. Even though it was raining heavily and we couldn’t do much, we totally loved spending time relaxing in the villa and the pool. Will definitely stay here when I visit Goa again.
