Los cuartos de baño disponen de ducha e inodoro separado de la ducha. El piso está a 1 km de Playa del Castillo de San Gabriel y en frente del Puerto. El aeropuerto está a 10 minutos en coche, y la parada de autobús, al lado del apartamento. El piso cuenta con instalaciones como un horno, microondas y nevera.
