BNB La Rochelle -St. Nicolas is located in the center of downtown La Rochelle - Quarters Saint Nicolas. It is close to everything. All tourist attractions are within walking distances. We have only one guest room so that we can offer our best services. Our guests have their own entrance, free as at home! Quiet room (13m2), on the courtyard, in a house (1924) on Royan beach. On the first floor. The other two bedrooms, also on airbnb, have sea views. 160cm bed. There is only the street ( bd GARNIER ) to cross to go to the large beach. Breakfast (very simple, basic coffee milk chocolate tea, brioche bread, butter, jam, orange juice) offered in the sea view veranda (Cordouan lighthouse in the distance). Shared bathroom & WC. Close-by shops and restaurants.

From the house, there are many possibilities for walking or cycling: in the countryside, along the coast, towards La Rochelle or Ile de Ré.

Located 3km from the Jonzac shopping area, 5km from the spa and 6km from the aquatic and fitness center "Les Antilles". The first beaches are a 45-minute drive away. Free parking on site. No kitchen in the accommodation.
