Located on the island of Oléron, one of the pearls of the Atlantic facade, it welcomes you in a natural, intimate and wooded setting. With its south facing orientation, this accommodation enjoys a privileged location: only 600 meters from the beach, close to shops within walking distance and close to the departures of many bike tours.

Our air-conditioned cottage is perfect for couples and families with kids. You have 1 bedroom with a large 160 bed, 1 bedroom with two 90 beds and a baby crib available free of charge if needed. Linens and towels are included in this rate. Bringing your own linens will not result in any discount. Wi-Fi and free parking. The cottage is located on our 2700 m2 property but is independent of our home. Gate entrance by remote control.

Pretty 2 bedroom wooden chalet with 2 beds of 2 pers plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 pers. With a 20 m2 covered terrace and 25 m2 terrace with inflatable spa, located in a secure residence 4 km from the beaches and the city center of Soulac. Enclosed land. Sunbeds and umbrellas, clothes rack and BBQ. Duvets and pillows are provided. Linens, towels and kitchen towels are no longer available due to the health situation.

Talais, in a mini-Camargue setting, is a village close to both the Gironde and the beautiful ocean beaches (access also by bike paths). The accommodation is ideally located in the village (less than 500 m from the bakery) and is quiet, always ventilated by the sea breeze. Shopping is usually done in Soulac-sur-Mer, 10 minutes by car, where you will find the Carrefour and Lidl brands as well as Leclerc in Verdon-sur-Mer.

Nearby: castles, character villages, rivers, Rochefort, 1st beach 30 minutes away, less than 45 minutes to La Rochelle, Ile d'Aix, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Oléron, Saintes, La Palmyre, Le Marais Poitevin.
