Tall Pines Rental

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs in the western MA area. We’ve rented the space 4 times now, and will continue to do so. The host is welcoming and responsive, and the house has everything you could need. They also help to accommodate your dog/pet which is a huge plus!

Guilford Grove Cottage

Joel's place was impeccably clean and free of clutter. The shower pressure was excellent. The kitchen had everything you need ro cook, and it was a treat to have milk, eggs, english muffins and coffee available for breakfast as well as tea which you can enjoy sitting out on the porch. It is a short drive to Brattleboro and the surrounding area is exquisitely beautiful.

StrautmanHaus: All-Season Chalet at Berkshire East

JRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Great stay slopeside at Berkshire East. We had a wonderful week and the house was perfect. We had some trouble with the weather (and power) that was out of host's hands but they went above and beyond to stay in touch and help get through it. Great spot for family skiing, or group trip mountain biking, rafting, etc. Thanks!

Spring brings music festivals & mountain biking.

My children and sister and I had a lovely few days at the Parsonage. Charming and comfortable house with plenty of updates— especially the bathrooms and kitchen. We cooked every night and had interesting day trips. Highly recommend the Clark Museum in Williamstown. We spent a good deal of time on the porch, with our bird apps, identifying all the wonderful bird songs. Bring some bug repellent for June.

The Red Barn- close to ski mountains & museums

Easy, breezy, no fuss experience for a 3 day work trip in June with spouse and 2 y.o. in tow. Great private location for a stompy, chatty toddler. We were barely at the place, but everything was easy and straight forward. On a cool night, the breeze from the window is lovely. Very responsive and helpful host, nothing was complicated.

Florida Mountain Log Cabin

This was a great location for both exploring North Adams and visiting friends in the Pioneer Valley! The space was inviting and cozy. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4, and the kids loved their loft bedroom! Thanks so much for hosting us! We had such a terrific weekend!

10 min to Berkshire East! Walk to downtown S-Falls

We stayed here over 4 nights for UMass graduation. The house is in a small town about a 35 minute drive from UMass, and at least compared to the insane prices of hotel and vacation rental places closer in over graduation weekend, this one was reasonably priced. The area is scenic in the summer and the town has a few restaurants including a very reasonably priced diner and a coffee shop. This was the kind of AirBnB where you feel like you are a guest in someone's home, rather than a something used exclusively for rentals by a corporate entity. The house and bedrooms were comfortable and there was a family room that was a great place to unwind. One of the little things that we greatly appreciated was that there was real half-and-half available in the fridge to go with the coffee (and also non-dairy creamers for people who prefer those). The hosts were responsive, the place was clean, and it was a nice stay.
