Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to help you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Old farm, heated pool, tennis, Côte-d'Or

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Côte d 'Or, this typically Burgundy hamlet and surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this old farm with a caretaker on site is equipped with a heated swimming pool, tennis, billiards and a bowling alley, and welcomes you for the month, the week or a long weekend.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. La cour vous permet de garer au moins trois voitures facilement et en toute sécurité. Notre gîte saura vous dépayser et vous offrir des moments de calme et de repos.
