Upstairs, an attic bedroom will welcome you for peaceful and quiet nights. This bedroom also has a shower room and toilet. You'll discover a simple and warm renovation while enjoying the gentle warmth of a wood pellet stove. Fiber optic internet access ensures perfect connectivity. Outside, there's no problem parking several cars and taking advantage of the cul-de-sac to feel right at home!

Right in the center of Digoin, Le Clos Digoinais, a renovated 50 m2 single-storey apartment with 25 m2 terrace, is perfect for families, couples and friends. Although located in the town center, Le Clos Digoinais lives up to its name: with its own entrance and 1000m² of enclosed, flower-filled parkland. A private parking lot provides secure parking for your vehicles. It's a cosy little nest close to the city that awaits you!

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.
