It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? For an instinctive desire to feel good. Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature in a trapper's cabin. The forest its smells, the sky, the sound of water. Small 20 m2 chalet

Petit chalet avec vue sur le Vercors. Idéal pour randonner A 7 kms du col de l'Arzelier, proche de Gresse en vercors 10 kms, à 25 kms du lac de Monteynard et à 13 kms de Monestier de Clermont (où se situent les commerces : intermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie...) Animaux non acceptés. Pour tout chargement de vehicule électrique, merci de me prévenir. En effet la location ne comprend pas la recharge.

Charming 45 m2 cottage completely renovated, all comfort, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4-star rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little).

Wilderness and modern comforts

Warning: The resort no longer has ski lifts!!! Alpine skiing possible in Gresse en Vercors (20 min by car) 28 m² refurbished, with stunning views of the East balcony of Vercors, Located in the very small resort of "Col de l'Arzelier" (1150 m). Take a break from the wild during the day, and enjoy comfort in the evening!
