Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Cette très ancienne & typique bâtisse morvandelle vous offre tout le confort de ses 122m2 hab, 4 chambres, 2 salles d'eau et 3 WC. Un jardin / cour entièrement clos avec coin diner et/ou relaxation avec transats, pouvant aussi accueillir voitures et/ou motos en toute sécurité.

Authentic detached gîte

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

Au Faubourg Saint Honoré

In the heart of Arnay-le-Duc, bourgeois house of the 18th century with large garden. Gîte on the ground floor of the house, independent entrance. Kitchen, beautiful living room, 2 bedrooms , shower room, separate toilet. Sparkling and neat decoration. Parking in closed communal courtyard. On site, shops, restaurants, leisure center and beach. You can radiate towards the Morvan Regional Park, the sights of Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, the vineyards of Beaune or the Roman remains of Autun.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

In the heart of Morvan, come and rest in this small, fully equipped house. Located at the end of CHÂTEAU-CHINON, you will stay in a quiet countryside environment, with stunning views of the Morvan. New house: sheets and towels provided. The house has an equipped kitchen, a king-size bed and a sofa bed that sleeps up to 4 people. The bedroom and living room open onto a terrace with breathtaking views.

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
