A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Château d 'Arche is only a 3-minute drive away. Lafaurie Peyraguey and its 2* Michelin restaurant is also minutes away from our accommodation. Access from the A62 motorway, we are 7 km from the Langon exit, and 45 km from Bordeaux.
