Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018.
