St Aubin de Luigné is classified as a charming village, located in the heart of the Côteaux du Layon. You can discover it on foot, by bike or by electric scooter. We are located on a hiking trail on the banks of the Layon, close to the Loire by bike. You can canoe, kayak or sail on a traditional "toue" boat on the Loire and Maine. You will also have the opportunity to visit the castles of the Loire (Angers, Saumur Serrant, etc...).

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training location. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century watermill).
