Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Charente, this authentic fully renovated chabourne offers panoramic views of the Charente valley and the river, which you can contemplate from the terrace. Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and guinguettes... In summer, our village has everything you need for a paradise! A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

For a leisure or professional stay, take advantage of its interior courtyard, its large bedroom with a 180cm bed and all its amenities.

For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Independent studio by the river in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers-sur-Boëme, 15 minutes from the center of Angoulême. The accommodation and access are completely autonomous, private terrace and common garden. The studio has a large 160 cm bed, a kitchen and dining area (stovetop, Airfryer, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave and toaster) and a large smart TV Linens and towels are provided.
