Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

The access to the house is located in a large orchard without opposite or close neighbor and near the swimming pool, fruit trees and vegetables. We hear the silence and the birds A garden furniture and a barbecue are available. The 'city' is 15/20 minutes on foot. The car can be parked at the foot of the entrance. PS the large garden is closed (fencing)

Île de Saintonge – A private island on the Charente

Private island in a Natura 2000 site. The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.
