Joseph made us feel right at home the minute we arrived. His place was exactly as described and very comfortable and quiet. A quick drove to Chatham Main street and easy access to routes all along Cape Cod. We didn't use the cooking facilities as we stayed a short time but everything you could need was in the kitchen and bathroom.

The house was very lovely and had plenty of amenities. There was more than enough room for the four of us to have a room to ourselves. The hosts, Michael and Tracey, provided all that we might have needed in toiletries, linens, and kitchen supplies. The decks outside were very nice and offered sitting at all levels. The outside of the house was lush with greenery and offered more seating. It was also very clean. We were close to downtown Chatham, the perfect location to experience Cape Cod. We had a very enjoyable experience.

This was a fantastic place to stay for the week on Cape Cod. Great host, great location, quiet place to stay with plenty to do 10 minutes away from the town, 2 minutes away from a great beach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a phenomenal trip.

My husband and I came to Chatham for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This cottage is perfect for a couple and was very clean. A charming space with enough room for two, a stocked kitchenette, a comfy bed, and a spacious place for your bikes and outdoor things. Danielle and Brett provided two bikes, but we brought our e-bikes which were incredible for cruising around. We thoroughly enjoyed traveling along the amazing rail trails, which were super close by. Each morning we enjoyed the delicious coffee that was provided from Snowy Owl (loved grinding our own beans-the aromas were incredible) and also the fantastic local recommendations given to us by our hosts. They have a guitar which my husband played, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this adorable clean bright space for a romantic getaway in lovely Cape Cod. It was close to everything and we loved being so close to “home” after dinners out in Chatham. 10 out of 10!!

Chatham Beach Cottage 2BR - 5 min walk to beach

Perfect little cottage off the beaten path but central to everything Cape Cod. We took lots of little day trips and relaxed in the cottage in the evening. Downtown Chatham is adorable and lots of great places to eat! We took a ferry to Nantucket one day and the dock was only 5 minutes away, free parking - so easy. Jonathan was quick to respond with any questions we had. The cottage had a full kitchen so we were able to cook our breakfasts at home and pack our lunches for the beaches. Even on the rainy days we didn't have to go far to find cute coffee shops and shopping. We didn't spend much time on the beach close to the cottage but did go down there one evening to watch the sunset. Right down the street!
