Holiday rentals with a patio in Chattooga River

Great size for two people and close to downtown and overall centrally located. Bed comfortable. Road is right next to place and neighbors go up and down fast ( and at times loudly) Austin was responsive and very clean place

The place was great, even though it was a very quick stay. The mattresses were very comfortable, place was clean & inviting. My wife really admired their garden and has now decided we are adding a butterfly garden to our farmstead. We would def stay again.

Don and the rental were fantastic. I can only wish that every Air BnB was done this well. Water on every table. The bathroom had everything you might have forgotten. The fridge had soda and water in it. Even had a Smores setup for the firepit outside. I will be back here regularly and Don's place will always be my first choice. Dons hospitality was world class. It is very hard to find genuine hospitality and Don hit it off the mountain.

We had such a great time here! Very clean and cozy. Loved the location it was close to everything we were looking to do. Excellent communication as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable 2 bed, 2.5 bath apartment which matched description and photos exactly. 2 beds upstairs each with their own en suite and television. The .5 bath is on the main floor with the kitchen , dining and living space. Quiet little neighborhood off the main street but completely walkable to downtown Helen's shops and attractions making the location fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends that may want to visit Helen, GA. Check-in process was a breeze with James sending codes and pictured step by step instructions. A basket of pamphlets with local and surrounding area attractions and entertainment options is useful in filling any downtime that you may have on your trip. Check out to do list was extremely minimal - only start the dishwasher if needed.

I’ve been coming to Helen for twenty years. In that time, I have stayed in many places - some good, some great, some I make a note of not staying at again. Usually I am there just a few days, but at the end of a long school year (I am a teacher), I settled on a whole week. I saw Russ’ place and was familiar with the area. I know it’s ideally-situated when it comes to Helen to Hardman (I am a runner), as well as to the town of Helen itself. Close enough, but also far enough away to not feel touristy. So I tried somewhere new. I am so glad I did. My husband works remotely; so we needed reliable WiFi. Prior to arriving, I reached out to confirm we’d be okay, and Russ was responsive. And quickly. When we arrived, instructions were easy to follow - and checking in was a breeze. The place had everything we needed - and if we wondered about anything else, Russ was there to help. From recommendations to just checking in to see how we were, I knew we found somewhere special. Grateful to Russ!

Susan’s place was quiet, clean, and spacious! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our dog crates inside as well as a backyard and neighborhood for us to walk with our puppies! The sectional was great for movie watching at the end of a day exploring!

We stayed for five nights and really enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures. There were many shops, restaurants, and parks within a mile of the home! Overall a great stay.

Absolutely perfect. We stayed for the week with our five kids (6,4,3, & 1 year old twins) and had an amazing family vacation. The space worked perfectly for our needs as a large family with small kids and the beach area was especially perfect for toddler playtime. The waterfall across the way was stunning and we loved boating around, fishing, swimming, fires by the lake, and rainy evenings in the hot tub. Such an amazing place for families!

This was the best rental that my family has ever booked. My husband was very impressed with the decor and the cleanliness of the rental. I contacted the host to ask for an extra day after finding out that our games had been scheduled for a later time. The host responded within minutes and fortunately the place was available for another night. We will most definitely stay here again.

We were in the area with our kids for some music gigs, and Selena‘s place was in a great location for us! We played in several nearby towns, and Franklin as well, which is just a few minutes away. The scenery was absolutely beautiful with the Mountain View off of the deck, as well as the various goats and donkeys in the pasture right across the street. The house had everything we needed, and more! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone! Thank you, Selena, for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I grew up in Sylva. We came home to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We had several questions for Diane and she was wonderful to work with. We will definitely rent this property again. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

This place was perfect! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. It smelled good, looked good and was really clean! The hot tub was easy to use and we took advantage each night the weather allowed. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely stay again! Graham was very responsive and helpful. We had not a single thing we didn’t like or wished was different. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Oh yes, easy storage to unpack and “live” here for a week!

I have stayed at Bo’s moutain paradise a handful of times now and its always the best! such a great location with fun things to do nearby, plenty kitchen appliances to cook at the house, and a great view of the mountains if your staying in! it’s got everything you need. One of my favorite places to stay when i need a little getaway! Would totally recommend!!

The moment we pulled in one of our grandsons ran to swing out on the lake via a low hanging rope tied to a tree and the other ran down with his fishing pole. In a flash they were kayaking all over the lake, talking with friendly neighbors and enjoying the playful local otter. We adults enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of our surroundings from the various outdoor seating areas. Once inside the home, we were grateful to see that it was not only tastefully appointed and immaculate, but also had all sorts of thoughtful additions like Kleenex, throw blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and even extra propane for the fire table! From start to finish we enjoyed every minute! We did not eat out, because we did not want to waste time away from the house / lake. Very unusual for this family. However, there were a couple excursions to water falls, fishing in a river and wandering briefly in the town of Highland, NC. We all look forward to visiting again in the fall!

A great find close to everything in Gatlinburg! Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Temperature was perfect as they had two AC units. Free, easy parking. The unit was stylishly decorated and ww loved the full size mirrors! We visited Anakeesta and Skypark all in one day as well as the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

The place felt extremely safe , comfortable & worth the cost! I wouldn’t count on walking to any activities but it’s about 5 minute drive away from the main strip in pigeon forge. About 15-20 min from gatlinburg. The hosts were extremely awesome. Responsive and provided lots of recommendations for the area. I loved the view from the building, as well as the private balcony. The bed was so comfortable! The bathtub in the room was such a great plus that sets this place different from the rest. The entire unit is just gorgeous. Parking was easy! Neither pool was crowded which I loved. I would highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely come back! Thank you so much for this awesome stay.

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

The space was clean and the hosts had clear instructions. The bed was very comfortable. Nice location as well; you can walk to restaurants in Gatlinburg.

This was our second stay with Jason at the Beehive and we loved it just as much this time. It's the location for us. The entirety of downtown is available by foot. We haven't had a car both times and never had to look for something to do. The access to Reedy River Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail makes this a wonderful stay for us.

I had a great stay at Brandon's for several days while doing some work at Clemson. It was perfect for my needs; cute, clean, nicely stocked kitchen, and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again!
