We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

We had a lovely stay at Ludovic's. He was an attentive host, always available and very pleasant in exchanges. We were very pleased with the welcome gift. The house is charming, perfectly in line with the photos and well-equipped. It felt great as a family. The open rooms upstairs did not bother us, although, with the heat, ventilation was not always easy at night, due to the lack of direct windows. But with a little organization, everything went well. The kids loved the pool. And the location of the house was ideal for us: quiet, with a very beautiful view, and perfectly located to explore the area. Thank you again Ludovic for this beautiful week!

We had a wonderful stay with Phillippe and Cathy in June. The apartment is modern and clean with lovely pool and outdoor space for eating and relaxing. We received a warm welcome and great advice for places to visit in the area. The region is beautiful with lots of villages to explore and great hiking options by the lakes and in the mountains. The house itself was very quiet and peaceful. Very much recommended stay.

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and great for families. The dock drops into waist-deep, crystal clear water with a soft sandy bottom. The only problem was that the backyard was too good—our kids never wanted to leave to go sight-seeing! The concierge staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to book local experiences for us that aligned with our unique needs. It’s within walking distance of one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to: Matt and Lulu’s. Also a short walk from the boat dock where you can rent paddle boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, SUPs, etc. We would absolutely come back again!

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

We had a very nice stay at Nino's place. The garden is welcoming and large, sunny, with plenty of shade, so our dog always had a nice place to rest. Our child also had a lot of fun, especially with the great children's books. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. Nino was always available as a host and very friendly. We were very nicely received, so we felt right at home. All in all, everything was fine, thank you very much!

Armand is a really great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk from the lake) in a peaceful residential location and easy to access. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Christine and Michel are the nicest hosts you can imagine! Not only are they very warm and helpful, they even regularly brought us gifts such as homemade cakes & jams. Regarding the check-in/out times, which we strained a bit, they were very accommodating and uncomplicated and the accommodation itself was also great. Very quiet, rural and remote, yet you have everything in the immediate vicinity: 15-20 minutes to Annecy, to the Semnoz or to the gorge, 'Les Gorges du Fier'; it is three minutes by car to the world's best baker, and less than ten to the large shopping center. Also worth mentioning is the condition of the facility - after all these years, this was the first Air Bnb with unscratched Teflon pans! Only the beds were very short, which made them a little uncomfortable for tall people like us. However, this fact should not detract from our unreserved recommendation!

Excellent stay in Gregory's house. I really recommend it to families with children because everything is planned for this purpose. The games in the garden made our 3 children happy. The location is the calm of the countryside at the door of the city Grégory is very nice and responds quickly in case of need or advice, it is very appreciable

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

Warm welcome from Florence, quickly available for questions. You will quickly feel at home in the beautiful lodge where everything is available, even a (stick) mixer! Luxury laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Extensive set of garden furniture. Thick white hotel bath towels and beds with a wonderful mattress. Roller shutters, and car can be parked in the indoor garage. Top lodge! Florence also took the time to say goodbye to us the evening before departure. Very friendly. In short: recommended!
