Full service kitchen w/ 2 fridges, 1 stoves and fully stocked w/ glasses, plates, utensils and everything you need to prepare meals. In the great room you'll find dining tables, lots of seating, full size pool table, big screen tv w/ satellite tv, 5g internet & couches for seating & wet bar w/ bar stools and a fridge. The perfect family getaway with baby gear, a sandbox, and plenty of space to unwind. Swim right off the dock, soak under the stars, or explore nearby Indian River, Mackinac Island, and Petoskey. Located between the Pigeon and Indian Rivers, this spot is also a fishing haven.

This home provides great indoor space with all the kitchen amenities you might need. Outside space includes a patio with built in fire pit, a Blackstone and electric grill/smoker. A restaurant/bar is within walking distance. 4 kayaks are available for your use, launch located at end of the road - bring life jackets!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located in the heart of Indian River on the banks of the Little Sturgeon River. You are just a 30 minute drive from Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Gaylord, Boyne Highlands, or Nub's Nob. It is a 40 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. We are about half mile from downtown, the state boat launch, Marina Park, and the North Central Trail System. We do not charge a pet fee or cleaning fee.
