We are located 20 minutes from bustling Gaylord, 30 minutes from quaint Petoskey, 35 minutes from historic Mackinaw. We have a paddle boat, fire pit and grill all for your use. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Nunda Cabin - A REAL up-north feel, with comfort

The Nunda Cabin is perfect for every up north adventure. We boast a HUGE parking area that can accommodate at least 4 full sized snowmobile trailers, boat trailers, and multiple vehicles. A short road ride will take you to trail head #7 on the snowmobile trails. It's also a perfect location to make a summer day trip to Burt Lake with your trailered boat. The cabin is centrally located for some amazing day trips throughout the area. A guest book is on site to offer some ideas.

Now with Wi-Fi. exit 313 i75, head north on 27, then west on Topinabee Mail Route, once you cross over i75 service Road is on your left. 2550 service road. Perfect spot for fisherman as there are 2 boat launches just within minutes for either lake.
