Great little spot! To have a private parking spot in the neighbor was dreamy! Just needed it last minute to get to Philly for an early flight the next day and wound up having so much fun exploring this cute little neighborhood! Unit exactly as described. Leonard communicated promptly and completely!

stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

We haven’t been back to Philly in over 10 years! It was nice to have a safe, clean and easily accessible place to stay. The stairs were a bit of a challenge after walking all day, but I knew that when I booked it! Just letting others know. I apperciated all of communication and help from the hosts. If I ever come back to the city, I would stay here again 100%!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Super great place to stay! The best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb that I have stayed in-and I’ve stayed in many. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is fun to walk in. It is easy to walk from the house to downtown Philadelphia and very close to the museums and the parkway. The hosts are attentive and easy to get ahold of. Oh, also nice to have a washer, dryer and ironing board-we were in town for a wedding:)

This was a great central location for our trip. It’s an old home with all of the creeks and character with an updated feel. It was a great place to stay!

Melanie has created a really nice space - comfortable, pretty, with a lot of nice details (including some very welcomed snacks and toiletries). And easy walk to everything. I recommend both this air BnB and Phoenixville, which is right on the Schuylkill River bike trail.

Place was great all around! Close to transit, comfortable and it had a bidet! Can't beat that!

Our stay at Dee’s place was perfect. Upon walking in I immediately noticed how clean the space was. We had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the linens and towels were so soft. The dresser was large and allowed us to unpack and not live out of our suitcases! The Wi-Fi was easy to get on and strong. The neighborhood is quiet. Dee is an excellent communicator and we really enjoyed meeting her. The next time we come to Willow Grove to visit family we know exactly where we will be staying… at Dee’s.

We had a little trouble with the lock checking in but our host was really responsive and the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes. Comfy bed. Pillows were thin but we slept fine with 2 of them. Very clean space in a great location!! Would book again ✨

Very clean and comfortable, spacious, and good location. I was able to easily find restaurants with gluten-free options, and kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements.

This is my second time coming to stay at Ms. Chandra's place and as usual it was amazing. The place is always extremely clean and tidy I never have an issue. She always provides me with information about check in and check out. Which helps because then I don't have to go back to the listing and read check out instructions. Overall 100/10 experience and I'll be back again I guarantee it.

I enjoyed staying at William's place. Upon calling him, he was very friendly and responsive. He was able to assist with the check in process. The listing itself is very nice. It was clean and made me feel comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience!
