Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

Long weekend at Brigitte's. Comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen, direct access to the beach, which the children really liked. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

Carle took care of us by making sure to keep the studio cool for our arrival. Functional studio with a terrace for lunch with a sea view. We had a good weekend between walking and swimming.

Ideal accommodation for two, very well located 200 m from the shops, parking right next door is a real plus. The accommodation is impeccable and very well arranged The small terrace allows you to eat outside when the weather permits

Unobstructed view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key box and exchanges with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

Tiphaine's studio is as described. Very well placed, the balcony is large enough to have lunch and enjoy the superb view of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse. Tiphaine is very responsive to our requests and very friendly.

Second stay still as impeccable at Valérie's. Attentive and friendly host and very accommodating on schedules. Quiet accommodation at a pedestrian crossing to the sea, perfect for a stay or vacation for two.

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We were hosted very well by Myriam. His professionalism and good humor allowed us to start our stay in the best conditions! The accommodation is consistent with the photos and very well equipped. Its location is also ideal for many walks on the coastal trail. Highly recommended! 😎

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating on our arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming attention. Isabelle took the time to explain the walks, the restaurants, the must-sees of this pretty island. We strongly recommend this kind host. We'll be happy to go back

The house is very pleasant and in a good location, close to caves, shops and beaches.

Very cute little town apartment, really close to the center and a stone's throw from the beach. The little extra is the pleasant terrace with curtains to shelter from the sun. We had a pleasant stay and the host responded very quickly

Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to live in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We recommend it.

It was impossible to make a mistake when arriving, all the explanations and details were clear. Jérémy is a very friendly person, and very attentive. The building and the accommodation are very quiet and very clean, the parking is secure, the entrance to the building is also secure. The accommodation has a large refrigerator and a real freezer A portable air conditioning system is available. The sofa bed mattress is extremely cosy. In fact, our stay was perfect. I can't find any negative points

Floriane's house is very cozy and the beautiful pine garden is perfect. Everything is very new and was made with a lot of love, the romantic lights in the garden and the cozy hammock are a real treat! The four of us had enough space. Floriane is an uncomplicated and friendly landlady. Thank you for everything!
