The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

Our guests say that this place truly feels like home! This one-level private small house is clean and relaxing and close to everything you need during your stay. Has a large kitchen with appliances, a coffee station, and snacks. There is private parking and a dedicated workstation with robust internet. We cater to people who want a clean place. relax on the back porch while watching wild bunnies, woodchucks, and birds. A few minutes from downtown stores, museums, and cafes.

Tamson House

Tamson House is a beautiful, environmentally low-impact house set on 22 wooded acres in the rural town of Guilford in upstate New York. It features a large, open floor plan, many windows offering lots of natural light and views of the surrounding woods from every room. A screened in porch and a large back deck allow you to enjoy the outdoors from the house in comfort. At the same time the house is designed for the person who wants to settle in for a quiet day with a favorite book.

Only 19 miles to Cooperstown all-star village in Oneonta NY. Small, clean and affordable, with a beautiful view, nice size yard, quick access to the host, who lives in the adjoining apartment and has a dog. There's a queen size bed in the bedroom . a couch in Livingroom . Also two chairs that fold down into small cot like beds. Suitable for a couple with one or two children One dog welcome (No cats please.)

Peaceful, cozy, newly renovated cottage with 100 feet of private lakefront property. This sweet cottage is surrounded on two sides by state land and on the other side by tall pine trees. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake. A fire pit is also on-site, but firewood is not supplied. Firewood can be brought in, or there are some bundles available for a small fee. There are two kayaks there for your use.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We are close to canoe regatta park. There are antique stores close by. There is an ice cream/food shop on property. Places to eat down town, pizza, diner, bakery and family restaurant. Bowling very close by. Please keep in mind, this apartment is above our garage, so stairs in front to enter.
