Located 20 minutes from Chambord and Lamotte-Beuvron, home of the Tarte Tatin, the half-timbered outbuilding is located in a 5 ha park overlooking one of the ponds, itself included in a vast estate. Hiking, fishing and other leisure activities (bikes available) are available on site. Villeny, and its deer house, is the perfect place to watch and live the rutting experience.

Whether for a stopover or a stay, we offer in the heart of the picturesque village of Meaulne, located on the edge of the remarkable forest of Tronçais and along the Berry Canal, our 34 m2 outbuilding with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with entrance and an independent garden. Close to the A71 motorway exits (10 km from the Forêt de Tronçais – Vallon-en-Sully motorway exit, 18 km from Saint-Amand-Montrond), 28 km from Montluçon.

Karine, Fabrice, and Lola (14 years old) welcome you all year round in their 27 m² cottage, completely renovated in the fall of 2018. In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to stay for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4.

This outbuilding consists of a 14 m2 bedroom (one double bed and one 100/200 single bed) An 18 m2 living room/kitchen with BZ type sofa bed. The kitchen has a toaster, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, stove, hot drinks are offered, as well as treats for young and old!! A garden table with chairs awaits you outside if you'd like to sunbathe when you wake up (a barbecue is available)
