Charming small annex composed on the ground floor of a bedroom, 1 shower room and separate toilet, upstairs an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room giving access to a roof terrace with an outdoor area with garden furniture, barbecue, beautiful green and quiet view. A second small roof terrace is located on the kitchen side. Outdoor pool access (out of service in low season) and inflatable Jacuzzi-Available all year round on prior request with a surcharge of €10/pers for the duration of the stay.

In 1998, the purchase of the mill with its pond marked the beginning of an extraordinary adventure. Three years later, the first gite in the garden was born, offering visitors a haven of peace. In 2006, the second upstairs cottage was created. The year 2016 was marked by the layout of the garden for the trailer, bringing a touch of originality to the place. In 2017, the little cottage was born. And in 2024, a novelty appeared: the houseboat, offering a unique and unusual experience for guests.

Pleasant cottage in the countryside, located 12 km from Châteauroux and 13 km from the village of Georges Sand, 1 hour 10 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle, you will rest in peace and enjoy the SPA heated to 38°, a large wooded park with miniature goats and a small pond with fish and frogs will allow you to rest in the shade of a tree, bicycles will be available for walks as we are 1 km from the forest, barbecue and deckchair provided.

Charmant studio de 42 m2 entièrement refait à neuf, pour 2 personnes, situé en plein centre ville d’Issoudun. Le logement est proche de l’église Saint-Cyr ainsi que de la Tour Blanche. Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.
