It was amazing, the place had everything we needed and a good mix of private and social rooms, and more than enough balconies for each of us, would happily stay again

Apartment in a nice part of town with beautiful view not far away from the beach and center of the old city. One parking place is part of the booking. Even though apartment is situated on the hill, it’s a first floor and access is very convenient. In real life apartment even bigger and better looking than on the pictures, a lot of space and light. We had amazing stay, and very greatfull to these hosts for acomodating us.

Aleksandar's apartment is perfect! Clean and very spacious, we had everything we needed. We were welcomed by Aleksandar's mother who is very kind and nice person. There was a nice wine bottle, fruits and mineral water prepared for us. The apartment is very centrally located, close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I fully recommend Aleksandar's place.

Theodore is a great host. He responds to all messages quickly, and he is very friendly. The apartment is nice and clean, just as shown on the photos. The beach is in walkable distance. There are lots of options for restaurants in the area. Nessebar Old Town is close, accessible by car or public transport.

Много сме доволни от престоя си :) супер свежо местенце с много удобства и страхотно кафе! Ще го имам предвид когато отново дойдем в Бургас. Вдъхнови ме колко оптимизирано и уютно е пространството!

Beautiful place, lots to do around it!

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

A lovely house in Sozopol First of all Radostina is a kind person. She and her husband helped us a lot not only when we arrive but also before with recommendations about the parking situation. They offered us a parking spot for free near the port and also helped us when we arrive by discussing the price for parking with the locals for us. The house they offered was perfect, like a fairy tale in a dreamy town like Sozopol is. The house was very clean, 3 perfect bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living. Radostina and her husband were there for us all the time during our stay in Sozopol. Overall this was the perfect stay. I will recommend Radostina in the future as a host and as a human being! Thank you so much for making our stay here perfect and wonderful.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

Die Unterkunft ist in erster Reihe am schwarzen Meer. Man hat sowohl von der Terrasse als auch von den beiden Balkonen freien Blick auf das Meer und ist ca. 15m vom Wasser entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer Appartementanlage. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut. Vielen Dank Marek das wir Deine Gäste sein durften. Es hat uns gut bei Dir gefallen.

It‘s a nice small apartment very close (5-10 min walking) to a calm part of the beach. Nice terrace to chill the the morning or the evening.

Жилье находится на территории большого комплекса есть бассейны . На улице достаточно места для бесплатной парковки с этим проблем не возникло . В целом уютный номер чтоб остаться на пару дней . Их приятного есть чай и кофе , а также хозяин позаботился о мелочах которых часто нехватке в таких кондоминимумах. Есть соль ,перец и даже растительное масло, чтоб вам как гостю было комфортно и не нужно идти покупать это все и вы можете приготовить себе завтрак ) Окна выходят не в центр двора где бассейны и это большой плюс ,так как в летний сезон там будет очень шумно . Есть отличный баллончик со столиком и стульями где можно расслабиться и отдохнуть ) Нам в целом все понравилось особенно подкупить мелочи о которых написали выше ) Остановились бы ещё раз )

Love the place and the apartments. Saint Vlas is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on the coast, and apts located well with the 50 meters or less to the sea and everything else close too (groceries, bars, etc). Also apts are spacious with great big terrace. There are some minor thigs could be cons for someone (sofa is not the most comfortable, for example), but for short stay I don't care about. Alex, the apts landlord, is always in touch and helpful.

Мое восхищение и благодарность измеряется морскими величинами! Я унесу в сердце прекрасные воспоминании о Элените, море-пляже, бассейнах, инжире-арбузах, рапанах, нудистском пляже, лесных тропах, бетонной площадке для обозрения, Негреско, вид с окна на какродные горы, атмосферную квартиру в которой есть ровно столько сколько нужно для комфортного отдыха и решения житейских вопросов. Я люблю это все и уезжаю. чтобы вернуться. Да сопутствует вам, Катерина, удача !

Мы отдыхали у Доброслава весь июль. Доброслав организовал такси от аэропорта до квартиры. Квартира большая, удобная, чистая. На большом балконе стоят садовые качели и большой стол. Вокруг много зелени. До пляжа 5 минут. Пляж песчаный и дно моря тоже. До магазинов 5 минут. Вдоль моря расположены всевозможные кафе в огромном количестве. Нам понравилась погода в июле. Днем умеренно жарко, а ночью прохладно. Море достаточно теплое. По городу курсирует экскурсионный двухэтажный автобус до старого города Несебр. Детям понравилось ехать на втором этаже. Мы хорошо отдохнули в Равде.

Замечательные апартаменты. Все абсолютно как на фото, в живую даже лучше)) Все на 10 балов из 10! Чистота, дизайн, удобства, расположение!! До центра и набережной 10 мин ходьбы. Так как у нас был активный отдых, мы очень уставали, спали и просыпались бодрыми, потому что спальные места очень удобные , чистое постельное белье. Мягкие полотенца!!! Все на высшем уровне!!! Хозяин нас встретил, все показал, рассказал! Владо, спасибо вам огромное !!! Идеально подходит для отдыха с детьми!! Цена и качество тоже супер!! Определенно советуем!! Обязательно вернемся !! Wat een heerlijk verblijf bij Rosehomes in Sozopol! Het appartement is ruim, luxe ingericht en heeft een fijne buitenruimte om te relaxen. De geblindeerde ramen zorgen voor extra privacy en rust. De smart TV is ideaal om na een stranddag je favoriete serie te streamen. Alles was brandschoon en we werden warm verwelkomd met huisgemaakt zuurdesembrood en koude drankjes in de koelkast, een attent gebaar dat het verschil maakt. De privéparkeerplek is ook een fijne bijkomstigheid. Sozopol is een bruisend en sfeervol stadje vol historie, natuur, leuke restaurants en de zee op steenworp afstand en maar 25 minuutjes met de auto van Burgas verwijderd. De beach club op loopafstand is schoon, stijlvol en heerlijk om te ontspannen. Bovendien ligt er een grote Lidl om de hoek, ideaal voor je dagelijkse boodschappen. Kortom: een compleet, comfortabel en sfeervol verblijf op een toplocatie. Ik kom hier zéker nog eens terug!

I had an incredible stay at Plamena’s home! The place was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ever need. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect for me.
