Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Bulgaria

Anelia's apartment is a perfect place for a stopover, quiet, clean and very nice view from the well designed studio. Now, I've never met Anelia (unfortunately!) but what I'm most struck with is her kindness. I had some unexpected car trouble today and had a lot of work and a long journey to Kosovo afterwards. Anelia offered me her other apartment for a few others to help out while I was waiting for car to get fixed. This made day far more productive and a lot less tiring and was an extremely generous and thoughtful thing to do. I wholeheartedly recommend Anelia as a great host, but most importantly as a thoughtful and good person. Hopefully I will be back!

We spent 5 nights at Ivan's apartment and our stay was perfect. Ivan has always been thoughtful and responsive. The top floor apartment is extremely well appointed, soberly and tastefully decorated. The rooms are bright and comfortable with a balcony. The living room is spacious and extended by a glass loggia where you would like to spend hours in front of the beautiful landscape: large trees, then the city, and the Vitocha which draws the horizon. And all this in the center of Sofia, near the University, the cathedral, museums, but also the liveliness of Shishman Street with its shops, cafes and restaurants. This apartment has only qualities and we will gladly go back on a future stay in Sofia.

Nice studio with good location. We stayed there only one night. Ivan was very helpful and told us where to find free parking close to the flat. Unfortunately we didn't notice beforehand that the studio allows smoking. There was a mild smell in the fabrics. There is a good bistro on the other side of the building.

We enjoyed our stay at Ivaylo's apartment with such beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay. There was nearby shops which is very convenient. Communication with Ivaylo was easy and he was always responsive. They were also flexible with our late check out, so we are thankful for it. We highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing accommodation in Sofia. We will consider it again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Varna! The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and everything inside felt brand new. It had all the amenities and accommodations one could ask for—fully equipped kitchen with every utensil imaginable, comfortable furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, and even small thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. The view from the apartment was simply stunning—waking up each morning to the panoramic sea view was a highlight of my trip. The host was equally fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and every question I had was answered promptly. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a truly breathtaking setting so perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Spacious and cozy space in the heart of Devin. It has all the necessary amenities, fully equipped kitchen, wide dining and living room, clean, with wood burning fireplace, responsive host and close to good restaurants.

If you're looking for a super comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Devin, Bulgaria - Devin Coworking & Coliving is the one. The place is calm and cozy, both close to nature surroundings and Devin center. The space itself is clean, modern, and really well set up. The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s a nice living room area with beautiful sunlight in morning. The hosts are amazing—super welcoming and helpful with everything I needed.

Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

Very interesting house in an old, narrow street. Fabulous view from the balconies. Comfortable beds but other furniture looks a bit tired. Conveniently situated. Excellent restaurant recommendations.

The apartment was just as described and comfortable to stay in. There are several grocery stores in walking distance, as well as a couple of eateries. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus that goes to the city center. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond. Have only positive things to say about her. Good to know: Do not recommend the apartment for those who are poorly skinned as the elevator does not work. The apartment is also up a hill. But if this is not an issue, this is definitely a good apartment to stay in ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo in the middle of gorgeous scenery! The house was fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay and also had some great extras, too (the sauna!). On a personal level, I am incredibly thankful for the responsiveness and clarity of communication! We also had a personal request for help, which was met with understanding and care - thank you again! Would love to visit again and highly recommend to anyone who is considering it.

Very clean apartment in a central location in Sofia. Thanks to the great facilities of the kitchen and the washing machine, the apartment is also well suited for longer stays. The host Nickola is helpful and approachable at all times. The 2 balconies are particularly beautiful.
