Bring your family to this lakefront walk out lower level of the house with two queen bed . There is wood burning fireplace,a big yard with zip line and play ground perfect for a family with kids getaway . There’s a fire pit out side, the dock to sit and enjoy the lake. The yard is shared with owners (respectful family of 4 and friendly dog) living upstairs. Please park in the driveway. It’s only 20 minutes to downtown Calgary . We stayed for four nights and it was lovely! Her dog Tico is so sweet and very friendly. Carole even warned us of bad weather before our arrival, which might be troublesome on our drive, very nice and caring! Everything was fine, we have absolutely nothing to complain about and will definitely come again if we will be in Calgary again.

Hannah's place was home away from home! I stayed here for 1 week for my first week in Canada after arriving on the 2 year working holiday. Hannah's place was in the suburbs but so close to the highway it took 10 mins to get into the city via Uber and 30 mins by bus. Hannah was so helpful in guiding us how to get around. Outside of the house is simple but inside it is so extremely homely and cozy. The spaces (bathroom and kitchen) were always so clean and it felt very secure with a smart lock to the house and then your own key to your room. I also did some remote work from here a few nights and the wifi connection was great and there was a little desk in my room which was great. I asked for an extension because I enjoyed it so much but naturally she was booked out. Was very sad to leave!

The house was large and very comfortable. Kitchen area was well equipped, clean and bright. Our host provided coffee, bottled water as well as several spices and condiments. There was quick responses and communication from the hosts. Their family lives in the basement but that did not bother us at all. We enjoyed our stay.
