Bienestar, estos se encuentran a máximo 20 minutos caminando o 7 minutos en taxi, además muy cerca de Central de Autobuses ADO, Plaza las Américas, (Bancos, cines, restaurantes, Liverpool, Chedraui y otras tiendas de conveniencia.) cerca de la avenida principal Insurgentes y Rojo Gómez. No se inunda la zona.
