Secluded haven, pool, hot-tub, sauna, amidst vines

Le Chais is our lovingly restored distillery, an independent house for guests in the grounds of our property. We have brought what was an unused wreck up to its current state, offering really spacious, elegant accommodation in a truly idyllic setting. Surrounded by vines, in the heart of the Grand Champagne region of Cognac, we can guarantee you a quiet, restful escape. We are permanently resident in the main house so are able to give you as much or little interaction as you wish.

Criteuil la Magdeleine: lovely place

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is approximately one hour away. Quality Restaurant in the Village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It is a very simple but well-equipped accommodation.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Our family house is located in the middle of the vineyards and enjoys a fenced garden with swimming pool. You will be surrounded by the vineyards of Grande Champagne for lunch on the terrace or enjoy the swimming pool from May to September which can be covered and secured thanks to the telescopic shelter. Spacious and comfortable, it accommodates 8 people with a private garden and an exclusive pool. In winter extra 20€/night for heating and wood

The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable.
