This 85 m2 detached house is located in a peaceful corner in the heart of the town of Villedieu sur Indre (10 min from Châteauroux), ideal for discovering the Val de l'Indre golf course, easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A20 highway. The accommodation has been renovated and furnished to accommodate a maximum of 6 people (ideal for 4). A set of amenities are at your disposal, linens and bath towels are in place as well as breakfast essentials.

"La Parenthèse" : adorable guest house.

Come and enjoy our Guest house "La Parenthèse": pleasant quiet room, with its kitchenette to prepare your breakfasts. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink and toilet. At your disposal, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dressing room. Linens are provided: sheets, towels, dish towels. On sunny days, you can enjoy the south-facing terrace.
