Holiday rentals with beach access in Chiaia, Napoli

Das Appartment ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr großzügig für 2 und ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Es liegt sehr günstig zu Restaurants, dem Zentrum und dem Hafen. Die Bahnstation Pozzuoli Solfatara ist in 12min zu Fuß gut erreichbar (die andere Linie ist geschlossen), von dort fahren alle 15..30min neue Vorortzüge schnell und günstig nach Neapel (Trenitalia App benutzen!). Von dort aus kommt man auch gut weiter nach Pompei / Ercolano oder Sorrento. Pozzuoli ist eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge zu den Inseln wie Ischia und Procida und hat selbst viel zu bieten wie bspw das Amphitheater. Giovanna antwortet super schnell und freundlich. Sie hat uns viele gute Tipps zu Restaurants und Besichtigungen gegeben. Volle Empfehlung!

Casa molto bella, situata in una zona tranquilla di Posillipo, perfetta per rilassarsi lontano dal caos del centro. Il panorama è davvero spettacolare, con una vista sul mare che da sola vale il soggiorno. Ottima posizione per chi cerca pace e bellezza. Consigliata!

We had a wonderful stay in Naples at Francesca’s apartment. It was clean, spacious and well located with all amenities supplied. We could easily walk around the city from this location, lots of things to do and see and really experience life in Naples. Francesca was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect and the room is beautiful with everything you need full kitchen and coffee maker beautiful garden in the building amazing host . Big thanks to Lucia she makes our stay much better and easier. Definitely I will come back soon.

Apartmán bol čistý a výborný. Vírivka funkčná na dokonalý oddych po chodení. Posteľ bola super dobrý matrac. Poloha je prijateľná 12min vlaková zástavka do mesta. Troška nám chýbal nejaký sušiak na mokré uteráky ale nebolo to nič tragické.

Super apartment for the 2 of us. Had everything you needed and a few extra supplies to get you going. Close to nice supermarket and metro to Naples. Great quiet area to stay with easy access to all the sites via the metro.

Io e le mie amiche siamo state a Napoli per un weekend, l’alloggio di Tiziana è stato perfetto. Posizione comoda (vicino la fermata della metro 2) e tranquilla. Tiziana ed il figlio sono stati super disponibili e gentili, dandoci un sacco di indicazioni su cosa fare e dove mangiare.

Ottima accoglienza e comunicazione, ci siamo trovati bene. Consigliato!

Ce logement était très confortable et parfait pour se reposer le soir. Les hôtes sont très réactif et amicale.

Muy contentos con nuestra estancia en Portici. Es un estudio muy pequeño perfecto para unos días. Venía equipado con todo lo necesario para la vida diaria, TODO. María es una anfitriona muy atenta, estuvo muy pendiente durante nuestra estancia y nos recomendó y dio consejos sobre todo lo que le pedíamos. Portici tiene muchas cosas para ver, os recomendamos darlos una vuelta por el barrio.

Alloggio perfetto comodo per 3/4 persone e uguale a come descritto in foto, si trova in una zona centralissima a Mergellina, nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che può essere utile e poi si trova a due passi dal lungomare. Maria Silvia è stata gentile e disponibile dal primo momento per ogni nostra necessità. E per qualunque dubbio è stata sempre velocissima nel darci dei feedback. Se dovessi ricapitare nei dintorni sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente qui.

Le studio propose par Lucas est propre , confortable et fonctionnel. Il est bien desservi par les différents transports en commun .Sa situation près du port est très typique de Napoli , et la famille de Lucas est très accueillante .

L'alloggio offriva tutte le comodità necessarie ed è in posizione comoda per spostarsi nelle altre zone della città. Molti servizi come supermercati e fermate del bus sono a pochi passi dall'alloggio che era ben pulito ed ordinato.

Great apartment for a stay in Naples. About a 10 minute walk from the main area so close enough but nice and quiet. AC was brilliant and cold enough in the bedrooms. Beautiful balcony to overlook Naples and the cruise ships. Would stay again!

Ubytování bylo perfektní, kousek od vody, kolem restaurace, kavárny, obchody. Vybavení bytu bylo super, čisté prádlo, ručníky, šampon, sprchový gel, fén, nádobí, klimatizace!🤞🏼 Dostaly jsme oplatky a vodu. Hostitel nás sám přivítal, ukázal byt a doporučil místa v Neapoli! Great apartment with a lot of space and numerous very good restaurants within a few blocks. Stop for bus 151 cut down on a lot of walking for our group, inlc 2 seniors. The apartment was just as described and the host was very responsive.

This is truly a gem of a location. It’s in the perfect spot in Santa Lucia. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants just outside the Airbnb. It truly was fantastic. All our tour meeting spots were within walking distance and there was a taxi pick-up station just down the street. Could not have asked for a better location. Filippo was a wonderful host and always replied promptly to any question I had. Definitely need to stay here!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.
