Holiday rentals with beach access in Chiaia, Napoli

I had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal, just a short walk from charming cafés, great restaurants, and everything I needed. Very nice house, located in a quiet area of Posillipo, perfect for relaxing away from the chaos of the center. The view is truly spectacular, with a view of the sea that alone is worth the stay. Great location for those seeking peace and beauty. Recommended!

Fabulous apartment. Truly spectacular views out to the sea and islands and lovely little balconies (even the back bedroom had a cute balcony with pretty view of greenery). Large airy apartment that was ideal for our family which required three separate bedrooms and appreciated two shower rooms. Everyone blown away by the fabulous views not only of the sea but this bustling Naples suburb below. Great restaurants and quality food shopping on the doorstep as was the bus that takes you into the centre of Naples or further along the coast in the other direction. We mixed city centre site seeing with three days on the paid for beaches (2 at Bagno Elena, 10 minute walk or short bus trip on the way into town, 1 at Baia Delle Rocce Verdi further along Posillipo coast on bus then 20 minute walk to resort or taxi). Great host, prompt and friendly responses, and lovely in person welcome. Would thoroughly recommend this home and a visit to Naples.

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay in Naples at Francesca’s apartment. It was clean, spacious and well located with all amenities supplied. We could easily walk around the city from this location, lots of things to do and see and really experience life in Naples. Francesca was very helpful, giving us plenty of advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super apartment for the 2 of us. Had everything you needed and a few extra supplies to get you going. Close to nice supermarket and metro to Naples. Great quiet area to stay with easy access to all the sites via the metro.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe staying here. Tiziana was very kind, had a clean home, and was very responsive. Can’t ask for a better host!

Great area to stay if you want to explore but don't want to stay right in central Naples!

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photo, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, nearby there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and available from the first moment for our every need. And if you have any questions, you've always been quick to give us feedback. If I have to return to the surroundings, I'll definitely book here again.

Luca and his team were some of the kindest and most responsive hosts I have ever worked with on Airbnb. The location is terrific and the actual Airbnb is comfortable and clean. Would absolutely recommend a stay at this Airbnb!

The place is well-equipped, clean, and close to everything. Giusy is super sweet and even let me check in early. The only downside is that it’s behind a restaurant, and they make quite a bit of noise when they close, but if you’re not planning to sleep early, it’s not really a problem. Totally worth it, I loved it!

The accommodation was perfect, close to the water, around the restaurant, cafes, shops. The apartment equipment was great, clean linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, dishes, air conditioning!🤞🏼 We got wafers and water. We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any problem or question. The apartment is well located by the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Naples (on the balcony and children's room side) and Vesuvius (on the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only awkward point was the difficulty in finding parking for our car on weekends evenings (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it's probably a good idea to use the parking offered by the host.

Great apartment with a lot of space and numerous very good restaurants within a few blocks. Stop for bus 151 cut down on a lot of walking for our group, inlc 2 seniors. The apartment was just as described and the host was very responsive.

This is truly a gem of a location. It’s in the perfect spot in Santa Lucia. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants just outside the Airbnb. It truly was fantastic. All our tour meeting spots were within walking distance and there was a taxi pick-up station just down the street. Could not have asked for a better location. Filippo was a wonderful host and always replied promptly to any question I had. Definitely need to stay here!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.
