Beachfront holiday rentals in Chiaia, Napoli

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe staying here. Tiziana was very kind, had a clean home, and was very responsive. Can’t ask for a better host!

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

Alloggio perfetto comodo per 3/4 persone e uguale a come descritto in foto, si trova in una zona centralissima a Mergellina, nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che può essere utile e poi si trova a due passi dal lungomare. Maria Silvia è stata gentile e disponibile dal primo momento per ogni nostra necessità. E per qualunque dubbio è stata sempre velocissima nel darci dei feedback. Se dovessi ricapitare nei dintorni sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente qui.

Safe area, clean, walkable. quick walk from train/metro. nightlife just beow the apartment was vibrant and fun. Easy check in and out. He helped us with a taxi reservation for 5am to the airport and dining suggestions were yummy..

We really enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe’s place. The roof top terrace was a particular highlight. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and we liked the location, so close to the port.

El departamento es grande y bonito. Realmente adoré pasar tiempo en el comedor desde donde se puede disfrutar de la energía napolitana. El barrio está buenísimo : mercado al frente, el paseo marítimo a dos cuadras. Nos sentimos cómodos y seguros.

Absolutely perfect apartment for a trip to Napoli - great location right next to the waterfront, spotlessly clean, great AC, and everything you need is there in the nicely furnished apartment (including complimentary coffee and some breakfast items). Restaurants and sights are very close and/or in walking distance. Lorenzo is a very kind and attentive host and even connected me to a driver to take me from the airport to the apartment. Strong recommendation, would love to return to this apartment!

Wow, what to say. Francescopaolo's apartment was all that we'd hoped for. The terrace is beautiful, lots of places to relax and of course the amazing view. The living accommodation is bright, airy and bigger than it looks in the photos. Francescopaolo has lots of beautiful ornaments, pots and pictures - loved the mermaid table! The kitchen doesn't feel small as it's really well designed, lots of storage and had absolutely everything that you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was access to the sea and we had some beautiful swims down there, the water was just gorgeous. Location was good and we loved Minori, lots of amazing restaurants and it didn't feel touristy at all, it was quiet but still had a good atmosphere, especially in the evening when everyone comes out for their passeggiata. Francescopaolo was a great host, good at communication, sent lots of information on local places and friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

There are not enough words to express how lucky we felt to find Mary's gem at Castello Guisso. From the moment of booking, Mary's responsiveness and recommendations for planning our trip were so helpful. She communicated and guided to the point of arrival. We were greeted by lovely Mary with a tour and treats of the gorgeous Castello Guisso. Absolutely breathtaking location and views. The apartment was beautifully appointed and both modern & spacious! The balcony gorgeous views of the sea and the pool. The private beach was amazing with cobalt blue sea. We were on our honeymoon, and we are grateful to have booked Mary's apartment because our entire experience exceeded all expectations because of staying here. The hospitality provided was over and above and the genuine kindness to ensure a great visit to Vico Equense/Sorrento Coast was endearing. If you are looking for a private and quiet experience away from the touristy parts of the Sorrento/Amalfi coast this is a great place to be.

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

What an amazing stay! This place, although at the top of about 300 steps, was well worth the walk up. The views of the harbour and sea were to die for. This unique place had everything we needed and felt very private. It was great to pick fresh basil and lemons from the gardens. And the homemade Limencello was delicious. Francesca was very attentive, walking us up the first time and showing us the house, and her parents were very warm and welcoming too. The water pressure, especially the shower was fantastic, and the 2 air conditioning units were excellent. The luggage lift is a great invention! Although it’s a shame there isn’t one for humans!! The beach is very private, with the great addition of not only sunbeds and umbrellas, but also a shower, toilet and paddle boards and kayaks. Just remember everything you need for the day, as it’s a long walk back! It was only a short walk into Positano, and although on a busy main road, there are always lots of pedestrians and pavements

Chiara was outstanding and so responsive . Beautiful home and pool garden with spectacular panoramic view of ocean and town area. Incredibly helpful and very friendly staff . Alessandro ( ? spelling ) a total delight was very informative and friendly and responsive to all our needs. This is a well run Airbnb home that will satisfy the most critical of guests. Great location for all adventures that one would plan to explore the island i.e. food , incredible botanical gardens ( across the road from the house ) , visiting thermal hot springs , hiking the trails etc etc etc Cant go wrong with renting this place ..................... Beautiful apartment that was spacious and clean, great views over looking Amalfi from the balcony! The apartment is high up on the hill meaning a bus is required to get too and from Amalfi centre, however there is a bus stop 100 yards from the entrance which is really useful!

The villa is in an excellent location. There are 2 excellent restaurants on the street. We were able to sit outside and have an excellent view of the ocean . There are also 2 grocery stores. And there are several bus stops. It was easy to get on the local bus to go to Positano and Amalfi.

This apartment is beautiful and the beds are comfortable, and it on the ground floor so you don’t need to move the luggage with stairs! Might be a little bit humid, but just turn on the air con dry mode won’t be problem!

Appartamento molto carino, perfetto per una coppia con un bambino. Ilaria ci ha fornito una culla per nostra figlia, con lenzuola nuove. L’appartamento è alla fine di una salita dalla riviera di chiaia, vicinissima alla stazione di Mergellina, comodissimo per spostarsi verso il centro. Tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente qui!

Super apartment for the 2 of us. Had everything you needed and a few extra supplies to get you going. Close to nice supermarket and metro to Naples. Great quiet area to stay with easy access to all the sites via the metro.

Great apartment with a lot of space and numerous very good restaurants within a few blocks. Stop for bus 151 cut down on a lot of walking for our group, inlc 2 seniors. The apartment was just as described and the host was very responsive.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man zum Leben braucht und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Umgebung mit der Bahn zu erreichen (Neapel/Pompeji/Salerno). Auch der Ort selbst hat seinen Charme :) Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Der Kontakt zu Sara war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell. Vielen Dank!

The apartment is great: there is a spare sofa bed, the actual bed and the pillows are good, it has cups, plates, glassess, almost everything. Wifi is also great, fast compared to other apartments. The location is perfect! Close to the beach, close to a metro station and full of great festaurants. Marika was great. She helped us with finding things nearby and made check-in and out very easy.

Galdino was very flexible with our check in and he met us when we arrived from the airport. He was very informative and explained everything to us. A great place to stay near the Naples port area. Very comfortable accommodations and a beautiful property.

We arrived later than anticipated due to the ferry being late. Francesco waited for us and we were beyond grateful. I usually stay in Airbnb’s opposed to hotels and in all my years of travel, this flat was the absolute best. Absolutely beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. Thank you very much !!
