Holiday rentals with a patio in Chiaia, Napoli

Great small apartment with everything you need. Host was very good to communicate quickly if I needed anything. Location is good as you can walk anywhere in Naples you may need. 10/10 would recommend.

Modernt inredd, fräsch och välutrustad lägenhet i hjärtat av Neapel! Fantastiskt folkliv, med affärer och restauranger runt knuten med många hjälpsamma människor om man reser med barn (vi reste med en 3-månaders bebis). Lägenheten påminner mycket om ett hotellrum med ett litet pentry. God kommunikation med Anna och vi gillade att vi kunde lämna bagage till eftermiddagen när vi skulle resa hem.

Claudio et Leandra sont des hôtes formidables très réactifs à l’arrivée, ils nous ont donnés des instructions sur les lieux à visiter, bonnes adresses de restaurant, le numéro du taxi pour le retour à l’aéroport. L’appartement est propre, dans le centre historique, calme malgré le bruit de la rue. L’équipement de la douche est un peu vétuste.

We had an excellent at stay at Michele’s place with a big family group of 6 — including a 1.5-year toddler. The Airbnb is extremely clean (truly flawless!) and well-located (very safe, just a few minutes from the Naples Int’l airport, perfect for a night layover), and we found all bedrooms and the baby crib well-equipped with comfortable, new and clean linens and towels. We felt incredibly safe and warmly welcome. Michele is a fabulous host: he’s is kind and attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and always communicated really well. He shared wonderful tips about Naples (including his favorite pizzeria and places where we could grab a coffee nearby in the morning) and was very kind to let us check out flexibly as we needed some extra time to feed and prepare our child for a long roadtrip. We strongly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Naples and the surrounding area! Grazie mille, Michele!

My friend and I enjoyed this apartment in Vomero. The host was able to accommodate us since my friend’s flight was delayed and came in late, she could get into the apartment while I was touring. The apartment itself is clean and neat. We loved the balcony views and having our breakfast and chatting outside.

I had a wonderful two-day stay at La Pausea Suite. The view on the Vesuvio and Capri from the suite is absolutely spectacular, and the flat has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was beautifully designed, making the stay truly memorable. The only thing to note is that the traffic noise can be a bit noticeable at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay if you have an early flight to catch at the airport and would like to walk over. Apartment is clean and we are satisfied.

Ciro è stato super disponibile in tutto, addirittura, al momento del check-out, visto il mal tempo, si è proposto di accompagnarci in stazione. Assolutamente consigliato, molto vicino allo stadio. Appartamento pulitissimo e ben tenuto.

Biagio was a perfect host. He was so attentive and always ready to help. The apartment was also amazing. Everything was in walking distance, from great pastries shops to amazing pizzerias. You could also reach Herculaneum by foot its truly a place worth visiting. Our stay could not be more perfect.

Il suo appartamento è un vero gioiellino: curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Ogni angolo trasmette calore e accoglienza, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La posizione è comoda, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare i dintorni. La cucina è ben attrezzata, il letto comodo e l’atmosfera generale è quella di un rifugio sereno e rilassante. Carmen ha pensato proprio a tutto, dai piccoli dettagli decorativi alle attenzioni pratiche che fanno davvero la differenza. È evidente quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti, e soggiornare qui è stata un’esperienza più che positiva. O espaço de Silvana foi extremamente valioso para uma experiência legítima em Nápoles. A localização privilegiada permite o acesso rápido aos principais pontos turísticos. A casa é impecável e a hospitalidade de Silvana nos deixou confortáveis pra sentirmos em casa.

Constantino was a fantastic host, he was the perfect mix of attentive and hands off. We had privacy but knew we could contact him whenever. Authentic Italy, with a hidden terrace of paradise. Gets the sun in the afternoon so you can sunbathe. Local beach within 10 minute walk and surrounded by bakeries and pizza restaurants. Very close to the supermarket if you wanted to top up your supplies. The apartment was spotless with lots of space and good air con. Thankyou again to Constantino and his lovely family for welcoming us, hope to visit again 🥰 Ciao!!

Excellent location easy access to all the things to do around Naples, we even got pickup and drop from Ciro's place for our Day Trip to Amalfi Coast. Ciro is extremely helpful and was our friend and guide for recommendations on all things to do, where to eat, Taxi drop to Airport, you name it he had the answer. The sit out was excellent for our morning & some days evening cup of coffee. It has all the comforts of a modern furnished apartment with add on personal touch of Ciro for a well stocked kitchen which took care of most of our needs.

Super gemütlich, tolle Terrassen, Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Einziger negativer Punkt : unter/neben dem Haus ( im Berg) ist ein Bahntunnel der manchmal ziemlich laut ist. Ebenfalls ist die Einflugschneise nach Neapel direkt über dem Haus. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.

Marco was a fantastic and responsive host. We were able to leave bags whilst exploring the city which was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipt with everything we needed. The terrace was a great size and has views of a beautiful church and tower. Beds were very comfortable and the appartment was spotless. The building has a very friendly concierge during the week and a lift. Great location close to restaurants, bars and the port :) I would definitely stay again! 지금까지 이용해 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 좋았어요. 호스트인 Corrado는 매우 친절한 사람이였어요. 그는 우리를 약속장소에 마중나와 숙소까지 친절하게 안내해 주었어요. 숙소는 3층이라 엘레베이터가 없는데 그가 우리의 무거운 캐리어를 들어주었습니다. 그리고 집을 하나하나 매우 친절하게 안내해 주었으며, 웰컴 와인과 필요한 물도 제공해 주었어요. 그리고 그는 나폴리 가이드 및 숙소 내에서 필요한 것들을 편하게 물어보라고 친절하게 알려주었어요. 나가는 날에도 그는 우리가 말한 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 나중나와 주었고 우리의 짐을 들어주었어요. Corrado는 우리가 정말 나폴리에서 행복한 기억을 만들고 갔으면 하는 것 같아요. 그의 친절함과 따스함은 우리 마음에 계속 남을 것이며, 덕분에 나폴리에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 갈 수 있었습니다.

Siamo stati 3 giorni nella casa di Claudia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa super carina, molto fine e soprattutto pulita, con tutto il necessario e uno splendido terrazzino, ci sono anche un sacco di indicazioni su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare in un book situato in sala, la metro é a pochi passi dall appartamento e in poche fermate si é a Napoli centro, l’ accoglienza di Claudia non ha eguali, una persona meravigliosa, spero di rivederti presto. The house was amazing! Very clean and exactly as described. Louka was a fantastic host—he welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the parking and the apartment. The location of the house was excellent, right next to a train station that’s about 20–25 minutes from the city center. Everything you might need is within walking distance. We would definitely choose this house again!

This is our second time to stay here - the first time was 2018. The view across the city and Bay of Naples is spectacular. The apartment is big. It is walking distance to Vomero and Chiaia for restaurants and bars. We would happily come back again.

Carlos’s apartment was the perfect base for our quick city break in Naples. The space is surprisingly large, spotless, and finished in a sleek, modern style that feels brand-new. Check-in was straightforward, communication easy, and everything—from linens to kitchenware—was immaculate. The location made it simple to reach the main sights, then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home at the end of the day. We left very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a short stay in Naples!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Stefano and his father were super helpful and gave us the best recommendation. Unfortunately the restaurant Tandem, was so good we are finding it hard to top for the rest of our meals in Italy! The location was perfect for access to walkable subway and getting to all the excursions. Thank you both!
