Sunny Room in the Villa

This is a private Thai-style room connected to the villa. It has a door facing the courtyard on three sides, and large glass walls with blackout curtains on three sides. It is cool but has air conditioning, a separate small backyard and a separate bathroom in the courtyard. My entire courtyard is 550 sqm, and there is a two-story grapefruit building in the other corner of the small courtyard in addition to this villa. Our neighborhood is a high-end residential area in Chiang Mai. 200 meters walk to the lake inside the community, with a view of Suthep Mountain and the lake, the sunrise and sunset are very beautiful. There is a 4km inner ring road in the community, which is a great choice for cycling and walking. This house is rented separately from other rooms in the house as a special price room, private and independent. Although the price is low, the quality is the same as other rooms in the villa, and the bedding is all natural latex. Beds and furniture are all made of teak wood. It's a smart choice for traveling with great value.
